One day he invites us to reflect on the struggle of women for equality and integration
On 8 March is a very important day for women, is a day we should all celebrate, honor, respect and enforce. It is a day to remember and, in turn, this day we remember the struggle of women for recognition and participation, a noble struggle that has the desire and goal of equality.
Today is recognized by the UN, Organization of the United Nations as “International Women’s Day (or International Day of Working Women) and in it we commemorate the events that have shaped and changed the history of women in the workplace and in many other aspects.
The women fight, and let me included, against various companies that we want to impose the role of mother, wife and homemaker. But gradually, thanks to this daily struggle, our abilities, values and efforts are taking greater role, demonstrating our great potential.
There is still a long way to go, and I’m sure we will not leave to travel in pursuit of a correct recognition, rights and equalities just real. The fight started many years ago should not be in vain, must not lead to genuine inclusion of women.
This day would help us to reflect, to keep alive the desire for equality and to honor all women who have contributed in one way or another to this struggle of equality and integrity.
However, without prejudice to the different versions about what happened August 1st March in our history, makes mention of the fact was better known than this date. This is the arson at a textile factory in New York where many workers have died burnt who were there making a strike motivated by low wages and poor conditions.
Unfortunately with the passing days and years are going to lose some of the truth of what happened, and various data are about the same event. But we must not let this time losing the true meaning of the struggle of women. For this reason, among many things, we invite you to reflect on this International Women’s Day about the past, present and future of women in the world.
From Buscarempleo salute all women and accompany the feeling and desire for equal conditions and opportunities.
